What is expected of service providers when responding to complaints made to or investigated by the ndis commission?

Complaints and comments are an opportunity for providers to improve service delivery. Suppliers are expected to help workers understand and apply the Code of Conduct in their organization. The NDIS Commission can provide information, resources and support to providers on how to meet their obligations.
